Do you have any warranties on your products?Yes, R&D Electronics Inc, is committed to our client's satisfaction. Indeed, out RF 207 control panel is warranted to be free from defects in material workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of installation. The radio receiver and remote sensors components are warranted for one 1 year. We will repair or replace the system or its components at our discretion as a result of defects arising during the warranty period without charge. Damage of our products due to misuse, improper installation, or caused by power failures, fire, flood or lightning is not covered by this warranty. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the unit or any of its components. We assume no liability for indirect of consequential damages. The company will issue a return authorization before the control or any of its components maybe returned.
